# Build pages with an AI agent

Let an AI agent build and recheck your price comparison pages: it finds the product in every module, checks each offer and asks you when it is unsure.

The hard part of a comparison page is deciding, offer by offer, whether it is really the same product. An AI agent connected to your site does that work: it searches your modules, checks every offer against the product and shows you a table to approve. You stay in charge of what gets published.

### Watch it in action

ChatGPT builds a WooCommerce price-comparison product from one Amazon link: it finds the product's GTIN, searches every connected shop, rejects a wrong-size skillet and a used listing, then adds the other sizes as a variant family and schedules a weekly recheck.

### What you need

* **Content Egg Pro** — the agent reads with any version, but adds offers and creates pages only with Pro.
* **An AI agent connected to your site**: Claude, ChatGPT or another client. See [Turning on agent access](/ai-agents/turning-on-agent-access.md) and [Connect Claude](/ai-agents/connect-claude.md).
* The [one-time setup](/set-up-products/price-comparison-websites/set-up.md), the same as for manual pages.

### 1. Ask for a page

Name the product as exactly as you can. An EAN or a link to the product page is best.

> Build a price-comparison page for the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, black, EAN 4548736132580. Find it in all my modules and add only the offers that are exactly this product. Create a draft WooCommerce product with the price history and a price alert. Ask me about any offer you're not sure of.

### 2. Answer its questions

The agent:

1. checks your settings and tells you if something would stop the prices from updating;
2. writes down what the page is about — the EAN, brand, model number and variant (128 GB, black) — and asks which variant you want if there are several;
3. searches your modules: feeds first, then the modules that search by EAN, then the multi-shop modules;
4. checks every offer: same EAN, brand, model number, memory, size and pack count, new or used, a sensible price.

Then it shows you a table with each offer's verdict — add, skip or ask — and the reason. Answer the "ask" rows. Bundles, unclear models and suspicious prices always land there.

### 3. Review the draft and publish

The agent creates a **draft** with only the offers you approved. Check it like a page you built yourself, then tell the agent to publish it, or publish it yourself.

In the Product Manager, each offer the agent matched to the product has a small **green dot**. Hover it for details. Offers without a dot are fine — you added them yourself, or nobody has checked them yet.

### 4. Recheck your pages from time to time

> Check my price-comparison pages. Tell me which offers changed, went out of stock or were never checked, and look for new shops. Ask me before you remove anything.

The agent reports per page what changed, searches only the modules that are due, adds new shops after you confirm, and never removes an offer without asking.

### What changes on a page the agent manages

The agent stores a **product passport** on the page: the product's EAN, brand, model and variant, and its decision on each offer. So a later chat knows exactly what the page compares.

* **The offers stay as you approved them.** A keyword search no longer replaces them: **Update listings** and the keyword auto-update skip the product modules on this page. Prices and stock still update as usual.
* **A skipped offer does not come back** through automatic updates. If you add it yourself, it stays — your choice wins.
* **Used and refurbished offers** are skipped unless you ask for them.

### Variants

If you have several pages for one model (128, 256 and 512 GB), the agent can link them so visitors switch between them:

> Link my iPhone 15 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB pages as one variant family by memory.

See [Variant families](/set-up-products/price-comparison-websites/variant-families.md).
